New York: John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 1957. First edition, 1957. Black cloth lettered in silver gilt, 180 pages, dustjacket. The book looks and feels about new, with no names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is stamped on the front "Compliments of Publisher and NAHRO" and has some very minor dampstaining near the bottom of the spine (book itself not affected), some very tiny closed tears at the edges, no paper loss. Published for the Social Science Research Council in cooperation with the US Department of Commerce Bureau of the Census. Detailed analysis of the residential real estate housing market in 1950, focusing on mortgage finance.
