whitman publishing company, January 1941. Hardcover. Fair - Cash/No Jacket. Brown hardcover with red lettering to the cover and spine. Heavier surface and edge wear to the cover. The corners have been bumped. The boards are beginning to show in the corners. Small tears in the corners of the spine. Previous owner's name inside. Both hinges are broken with exposed netting. Several cracks in the spine throughout the book. Pages show reader and age wear. Pages are secure. Stock photos may not look exactly like the book.
