Amsterdam - London - New York: Excerpta Medica Foundation, 1961. First Edition . Cloth. Good. 4to - over 9" - 12" tall. 1961 first edition. Size large quarto, pages numbered out of sequence. Pale green cloth covered boards with gilt titles on dark green panels to the front cover and spine. Condition good, corners and edges rubbed, cloth split 2 inches at hinge at top of spine, spine sunned, contents clean. This was Eric Bywaters copy of this book, with his own label stuck on the spine. Eric Bywaters 1910-2003, rheumatologist, professor.
