Boivin & Cie, 1910. 1st Edition. Hardcover. VG-. LELOIR, Maurice. 1st Edition. 30 x 37 cm dark green cloth with gilt and colour illustrations and titles to the front, gilt stamped titles to the spine and publisher's device in black to the rear. All edges gilt, pale blue-grey endpapers, iv, 76(2)pp with 36 chromolithographic illustrations 4 of which are double pages. There is a little light dust staining to the boards with a few white marks (paint) at the top of the rear board. The binding is firm but there is a 3cm split in the cloth on the front joint and a couple of 5mm holes in the cloth at the foot of the spine and a 2mm hole at the head. There is a little rubbing to the corners edges and spine tips together with some bruising to all four corners.
