In green cloth-covered boards with black titles and decorations front and spine. 8vo. Cloth rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends. Spine cloth a little sunned and worn. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Contains details and transactions of the National Rose Society for 1931 together with a series of articles on roses and their cultivation. Articles include the History and Evolution of Dwarf Polyantha; Roses in Peshawar; The White Rose and the Red; Rose Growing on the Sea Coast; The Rose in Heraldry; Scent in Modern Roses; Roses in Kenya Colony; New Roses of 1930, etc.
