Boston: Little , Brown & Company, 1917. Hardcover . Used - very good/Very good. Pictorial front board in fine condition, title on spine in bright gilt. Top edge of textblock in gilt. Front hinge cracked but stable. Otherwise square, tight and unmarked. Pale green dustjacket lightly grubby on edges and spine with small chips at top corner of spine and corner edges. Dust jacket now protected in removable mylar.
