This hardbound book is in good condition. The pages are clean. The side pages have a deckle edge. There is a crack along the front past down page and free page. The binding is intact and all pages are intact. There is wear visible along the inner edges of the front and back boards. and along the tail and head of the spine. There are two pea size soil spots on the left upper side of the back board.
