(1 fold., part col. mounted). A fine volume, containing text on the ships of the early nineteenth-century navy, and ninety stunning plates (selected from the collection of marine art amassed by A.G.H. MacPherson; each plate fully described and annotated. Corners and ends of spine bumped with some fraying. Cover clean and gilt bright, a bit rubbed. Binding is tight. Text is clean and unmarked, some soft-pencil bibliographic markings. A handsome book with gorgeous plates. Heavy extra postage at cost. Heavy requires more postage.
