A scarce title in this pre-publication publisher's salesman's dummy [see *Crane* A20.a.i note, stating: "A salesman's dummy, containing no text, is in first edition binding... It has a notice printed on the open endpaper recto... The only other printed matter in the book is a title page followed by 6 pages of lined spaces for subscription orders..."].
