A children's story about Sambo and his friend Susanna who run away to find a place far away from their mean families. Featuring the controversially figure of "black" Sambo. Two tone cloth cover, green and beige, with illustrations on front and back covers. Oblong. Color illustrations throughout. Unopened pages, fore-edge. No pagination. Covers and spine stained. Spine is lightly sunned. Slight staining on pages inside, but text is mostly clean. A few pages have small tears. Text body is free from underlining, highlighting, or notes. Full refund if not satisfied.
