Los Angeles: Banning Company, Agents, 1920. Pamphlet. Single folio leaf folded twice to make a 7.5x3.5 inch advertising brochure, sepia presswork on alkaline paperstock, with enclosing green panels to highlight title. Largest photoillustration shows a tree-lined avenue of tents, an area in or adjacent to Avalon designed to accommodate the period's expanded influx of recreationers. Rates are shown, every tent furnished with a double bed. Rent sleeping tents, kitchen tents, utensils and stove; "one person in a tent, .75 cents per day". Item has a small verso tape repair, a trace of dealer pencilling, several short marginal tears not affecting graphic, a good copy.
