About This Item

Paris: Ecrits de Lumière, 2011. Paperback. 124p., 6.25x7.5 inches, trade paperback, B&W photos on coated stock, very good. Text is in Albanian. Very nicely produced collection of old photographs of Albania (Shqipëria) and Albanians in all their heart-breaking poverty-stricken squalor. It is remarkably hard to distinguish between photos from 1890 and from 1930.
