We ship using the US Postal Service. Shipping fees are Postage plus $1.00 for handling. For large and/or heavy books we will request your authorization for additional postage. You can email us at biblio@booksandmorebytherowe.com for a precise quote. For International we do not ship Surface, it is too expensive and too slow, and too many get lost. We ship Global Priority Flat Rate to Countries that have it. For large and heavy books, and for Countries with no Global Priority (Italy, Russian Federation, parts of Brazil) we will request additional postage and ship Air Mail. We will be glad to insure any items on request, at cost: $1.30 up to $50.00, etc. for US shipments. email us for details and quote. You can pay through Biblio with any credit card, through PayPal with any credit or debit card, checking or savings account, or with us directly using Check or Money order drawn on/payable in US Dollars by a US bank. We will hold books for all firm sales. All titles have been described honestly and accurately to the best of our ability. You may return a book for any reason. Please email us within 14 days of receiving the book, notifying us of your intention to return, and ship the book back within 3 days of giving us notice. We expect it to arrive in the same condition that we shipped it. We ship our books in sealed air bubble envelopes, with additional bubble wrap as required. Larger books and multiple title orders go wrapped in bubble, then packaged in a box. For Priority Mail, Global Priority Mail and UPS, we use the packaging provided by the shipper.
