New York: Dutton, 1954. First edition. Hardcover. Near fine/Very good. Author of Anatomy of a Murder was D. A. for 14 years in northern Michigan county and in this book recounts some of the humorous highlights in his experiences. Signed/inscribed by author including his real name, John D. Volker, and dated Christmas, 1954. Book is fine except for a tiny speck at top of one page and tiny nick on top board edge. Price-clipped dust jacket is faded on the spine and has a couple of 1/2" tears and tiny chips.
