Collects four pioneering papers in the sciences, separately paged: 173, 5 pl, 3 maps (folding) ; 199; 220; 6 pp. Henry's detailed observations on aqueous precipitation accompanied by 5 plates and 3 large color added, folding maps showing the geographical distribution of rain and melted snow in the United State for the whole year, the summer and the winter seasons, respectively.
