London: Macmillan,, 1974. First edition, first impression. Octavo. Original red cloth, titles to spine white, pale green endpapers. With dust jacket. Spine a little cocked and ends very mildly bumped, slight foxing to top edge, otherwise clean and firm. A near-fine copy, in the jacket, a touch of foxing to flaps, one water stain to foot of spine, minor creasing to top edges, unclipped.
