Date of 1941 on title page but this is the off-set second printing photo done 25 years after initial publication, identified with the headband. 300 copies of this edition printed. Front flap is price-clipped, original price of $5.00 present on rear flap. Jacket spine and edges are toned. Nice copy. Currey pg 150. Joshi, Sixty Years of Arkham House #2. Synopsis
Someone in the Dark is a collection of fantasy and horror short stories by author August Derleth. It was released in 1941 and was the second book published by Arkham House. 1,115 copies were printed. An additional 300 copies were printed by Hunter Publishing Co. in Winston-Salem, NC in 1965.
