TLS to Dr. Barry Staley from Richard Atherton, Captain, noting this copy is a gift from the club. Previous owner name "Barry Staley", Alister MacKenzie Society member; else a fine copy. Cavendish Golf Club in Buxton, Derbyshire, opened in 1925 and was designed by Alister MacKenzie, one of his last UK course designs. It is consistently voted as one of the top 100 golf courses in England. Notably, the Cavendish Golf Club is the home club of the Alister MacKenzie Society.
