Dust Jacket Is Matte Black, So Chips And Spine Top Loss Are Very Evident. Not Clipped, Original Price $5.95 With Testimonials From William Styron And Norman Mailer On The Back Panel. Price Tag Scar And Some Light Soiling Also. There Is A Small Line Of Foxing At Rear And Side Panel Junction. None Other Noted. The Front Cover Is From A Painting Of The Author By John Rich In Paris, 1953 And He Was Later Knighted By The French Government. An Important And Influential Writer And Also A Jazz Pianist.
