Condition is Fine (our highest grade): looks, feels, & smells just about Brand New! Only flaw is former owner's address label on ffep; Else, completely clean & tight, pages white & unmarked. Unclipped DJ is Near Fine: bright & colorful with virtually NO edgewear or fading, but downgraded due to scratching/rubbing to the laminate covering in bottom outer corner of front cover.
