In very good condition with very good dustwrapper (dw; Spine slightly rubbed at top end. Price clipped. With protective plastic wrap). Ex Libris bookplate to front endpaper with neat inscription dated 1950. Small marks from old sticky tape to back and front endpapers. Else a clean and tight copy. 118 pp. Col.frontis.,152 photo plates & numerous other ills. The aim of the book is to indicate something of the quality and quantity of the buildings of the Church of England erected outside London between 1603 and 1837. It is the author’s opinion that the provinces have much to boast of.
