New York: The Baker and Taylor Co., 1890. first edition. Hardcover. Very good. 5 x 7 in. 177 pp., plus publisher's adverts. Scarce. Woodbury was a student of Emerson's and went on to teach poetry. Condition is VERY GOOD ; covers very clean, minor sunning at edges, spine mildly toned. Wear and sone tiny chips to spine ends. Binding tight, with some loss to the paper overlay of the front inner joint - it does not affect the binding tightness. Decorative ffep is partly detached. Second blank has a PO's name in pencil and another in a small stamp. Text clean, bright and unmarked. Am. Hist. RGR.
