About This Item
Racine, WI: Whitman Publishing Company, 1935. Printed Cardboards Covers. Very Good. 32mo - over 4" - 5" tall. [anonymous]. Very Good. Racine, WI: Whitman Publishing Company, 1935. Illustrated. Big Little Book. Pictorial cardboard boards, 423 pp. + ads. Peripheral wear, small ding at bottom edge of back cover, notable abrasion on reard cover. Corners just modestly bumped. Hinges strong. Colors are bright. See scans. Very Good, but for the abrasion, which, IMHO, reduces this example to About VG. Scarce "Big Little Books" edition of the even more uncommon 1927 Volland first edition, also later re-issued by Canaveral (1963). A hard to find Burroughs title in any edition. See scans. LG8
