Alfred A. Knopf, 1966 32, 590, 21 pps. plus 16 b/w plates and numerous b/w line drawings including maps. Top of pages gilded red; right-hand side of pages is deckled. Owners name in ink appears on front endpaper. Text and plates are otherwise clean, tight, bright and unmarked. Red cloth-covered boards with gold printing on front cover and spine show minimal wear. Brown and white DJ with yellow and red printing is toned with edgewear and chipping. Now in protective mylar.. 2nd Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/Fair. 6.5" x 9.5".
