A heavy book of 168pp. Illustrated dustjacket with a couple of closed tears and a little loss to the edges. 54 b + w photographs by H E Turner. Previous owner's bookplate and a note saying he bought the book in Seattle to the flyleaf, otherwise internally clean. The author and her husband follow the course of the Thames along a two hundred and fifty mile journey along the Thames by motor launch from Lechlade to the sea, with encounters with the historic places, the people, lock keepers, gamekeepers, and wild life she encounters. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. Illus. by H E Turner.
