Book Condition: Near Fine. DJ: Very Good+; NOT Price Clipped; closed tears to the DJ at the spine head. Black cloth boards and spine with bright gilt lettering on the spine. 311 pp 8vo. This is the author's third "Richard" novel. This time the period is the 1920s when Richard leaves college to be with his father, the Lieutenant Governor, is ill with TB and moves with his family to Albuquerque and he experiences life on the WZL Ranch with all its different personalities and varieties of love that have an affect on Richard's own perception of love. A clean very presentable copy in a Brodart mylar jacket.
