Original sewn wraps, uncut, unopened. 8vo (25cm). pp. 106, [2]. Very Good. Most sections unopened with shallow chips and tears to edges of untrimmed sections, 2-hole punched (or maybe, poked is a better term), old straightened dogears to first several pages. (To His Excellency George N. Briggs, [19th] Governor...). Followed by the Treasurer's Report of Alfred Dwight Foster; "The Thirteenth Report of the Superintendent to the Trustees of the State Lunatic Hospital, Worcester, Mass. From Dec. 1st, 1844, to Nov. 30th, 1845, inclusive" by Samuel B. Woodward with 20 tables discussed in detail. Section discussions: Labor, Mechanical Labor, Shoe Shop, Farm and Garden (with profits from produce), Library, Religious Services, Conclusion (John R. Lee and Rufus Woodward, Asst. physicians), Register of the Weather (introduced 1839, 7th Annual Report)..
