First edition of this schoolgirl fiction by ever-popular Dorita Fairlie Bruce (1885-1970), third title in the 'Toby' series, set on a south coast farm in Southshire, which finds a grown-up Tabitha 'Toby' Barrett happily working on a farm in war-torn England when a strange disease spreads among the farm animals.
