Chicago: Rand McNally & Company, Publishers, 1905. Cloth. Fair/good. Octavo, pp. [8], 9-362, [2] ads. Brown cloth-covered boards with white accents and light bumping. Name written inside the front cover. Lightly tanned pages and tanned edges. Light foxing on edges and a stain on the fore-edge which extends onto pages in the last third of the book (see photo for example). Early and rare dust jacket with sunned spine, rubbing, chips and tears; encased in a clear, protective cover. Originally published in 1891.
