Quarter bound in light tan with grayish paper boards. Pages unopened(closed at top) and uncut on edges.Clean; No odor; unmarked. Two pages have tears. Contents: Biographical Sketch of Thomas Hutchins; List of the Works of Thomas Hutchins; A Topographical Description, etc. Index. Illustrations: Hutchin's commission as Captain Lieutenant; Facsimile of original title page; A Plan of the rapids in the River Ohio; A Plan of the several villages in the Illinois Country; A Table of distances between Fort Pitt and the River Ohio. Leather has darkening but whole; title block is paper with some chipping; paper boards have some yellowing to edges and areas of rubbing to back board. Some separation from hinge on pg. 113 ow intact. One of 25 copies on Hand-made paper. . Very Good. Hardcover. 1904.
