This book gives excellent insight to understand changes that effect every person in varying degrees. The writer uses many examples to help the reader understand that coping may be difficult, painful and confusing, but there are are ways to gain insight about why this is happening, how it may have occurred and enables the reader to better deal with Transitions in a productive way.
