The book is in red cloth with black lettering on both the front cover and the spine, There is the speckled fish stamp on the front cover, the red Initiashion (sic) To-Night decorated end papers, a frontispiece and three other full page illustrations, and the dark blue top stain which is consistent with the probable first edition of this title. There is very little wear, no fading and no marks, spots or other defects. The jacket is complete with very light chipping at the top and bottom of the flap folds. The jacket has a faint red stain on the lower corner of the back panel. The book and jacket are in collectible condition. The pretext lists to this title and also lists 11 Jerry Todd, 7 Poppy Ott, 4 Andy Blake, and 3 Tuffy Bean titles.
