New York: D. Appleton and Company, 1927 Book. Very Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 5th printing, purple cloth boards with gilt stamping. 373 pages. A few small stains on the boards, previous owner's name on the front pastedown, rough cut fore edges with some chipping to the upper corners of the last few pages, strong wrinkle in the center of a signature of pages towards the rear(printer's error). The jacket is heavily chipped at the spine ends and lightly chipped on the corners, now under Brodart cover..
