Washington, 1916. unbound. 1 page, 10.5 x 8 inches, on "The Secretary Of The Navy" letterhead, signed in full with handwritten postscript. Washington, February 16, 1916. In this letter, Daniels offers times for a potential meeting, in part: "...It gives me the greatest pleasure to make the appointment...I remember still your speech at Philadelphia. It was a classic." Two horizontal folds; paper clip impression in the upper left corner. Very good condition.<br/> <br/>
