Introductory remarks by The Rev.James Sherman. 483pp, illustrated with black and white drawings. Tissue guarded frontis illustration. Blind stamped ruled border and gilt illustration to front board, gilt design and lettering to spine. All edges gilt. Spine faded and frayed at top and bottom, front endpaper missing, left hinge showing and internal hinges slightly slack, light foxing to early pages, otherwise good copy with no inscriptions..
