William Bent. Good with No dust jacket as issued. 1786. First Edition. Hardcover. Quarter bound calf and plain paper covere boards. 5 raised bands and black spinal label indicating Volume 79. Bands showing light foxing scarttered throughout. Includes all plates ghosting to page opposite (no tissue as published). Rounded corners to boards and heavy edgewear leather worn especially at head & tail of spine with pieces missing. Plain paper end papers with previous owner's book plate on front paste down. Bands showing at front hinge and leather split. Rear hinge starting. Some closed tears scattered throughout the text block. Page edges uneven as bound. Moderate to heavy edge & corner to boards. Read descriptions carefully.
