St. Louis, MO :: Mobile, AL: Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes [sic] [vs] Mobile & Ohio Railroad Company, 1933. Ephemera. Several documents rebound in library binding, 10.5x14 boards, boards somewhat shelfworn, corners exposed, deaccession rubberstamps on inside binding and first page of document, pencil markings from , some uneven toning throughout, first page of document is toned with a closed tear, else very good. Documents include labor and wage dispute transcripts between the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes [sic] and their employer, Mobile & Ohio Railroad Company directed to the U.S. Emergency Board - a body of government set up by the President when labor disputes threaten to substantially interrupt commerce.
