Octavo. Cloth hardcover; dustjacket; xviii,[1]-268pp; map; illus. Tight, Near Fine copy in slightly rubbed and edgworn dustwrapper. The previous owner has pasted a manila envelope inside the rear cover, presumably to hold a map not present here (nor called for in the Table of Contents).
