Light wear to the binding, which is a bit cocked. The front flyleaf is torn out, so that the first page is the half title. There is underlining in the Foreword, and a few names have been underlined on several pages towards the rear with an ink notation at the bottom of page 436. The bulk of the text in the book appears clean.
