Full calf-leather bound, tri-coloured spine labels (red, olive greenish and black) with bright gilt lettering -- 'House Documents Vol. 76' on red label; No. 848 Pts. 4-6 Bureau of Labor Bulletins 53-55, Vol. 9, 1904, Pt. 2' on olive label; and '58th Congress 2d Session 1903-1904' on black label at bottom. Pp703-1,692 includes index. Profusely illustrated with graphs, tables, diagrams (some fold-out), and numerous full-page photographic plates of workers on the job. Library bookplate to front pastedown. Leather just worn through at corners and numerous closed tears to spine leather, particularly at bottom fifth. Remainder of extremities moderately rubbed else a very good copy. 2.4 kilograms unpacked -- extra shipping charges will apply!
