About This Item
Ontario, Canada: Too Hip Gotta Go Graphics, 2005. Saddle-stapled wraps. Light shelfwear. Very good. 5 issues each 24pp., with color covers, and b/w interiors. A comic featuring Sebastien, Arnie, Chas, and Alicia who are members of an up-and-coming rock band named Wahoo Morris. Sebastien is attracted to Alicia, a petite, somewhat timid girl whose love for animals is evidenced by her menagerie of pets. Some things about Alicia seem strange: her large collection of occult books, which she doesn't want Sebastien paging though, and the fact that her rent for a very spacious apartment is incredibly low. Alicia feels similarly about Sebastien, but when he attempts to kiss her, she panics and throws him out. Later, amid Alicia's regrets and second thoughts, her Dalmatian, Sybil, is spooked by a menacing image in a mirror which indicates another side to this seemingly innocent girl. This group features a complete run of this series.
