New York: Grosset & Dunlap Publishers, 1951. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good +/Very good. 214pp. Duodecimo [19.5 cm] Light brown paper over boards, with a tiny tear to the head of the backstrip. Orange and white pictorial endpapers. There is a previous owner's name stamped on the half title page. In the dust jacket which is clipped at the top fore-edge corner. The dust jacket is very attractive, with only very ligyt edgewear and a minor moisture stain to the reverse. Hardy Boys Mystery Story Number 30. "The Wailing Siren Mystery" is the last title listed on the front inside flap. It is also the last title listed on the verso of the half title. The rear inside flap lists 4 "Ken Holt" titles and the rear panel lists 6 "Rick Brant" titles.
