Leipzig: Heinrich Schmidt & Carl Gunther, 1870. Brown boards binding with leather spine is secure; lots of wear to edges, rubbed with boards showing, some threads showing. Binding hinges are good although a few gutters throughout are visible. Flowers were pressed between pages 134 and 135, so very stained in gutter. Foxing, smudges, but overall a good copy. 136 pages. Written in German. 22 engravings on stiff paper firmly intact. Included are portraits of the Royal Family as the frontispiece (scan included with title page), Goethe's Garden House, Weimar Castle, and more.. Illus. by ILLUSTRATED. Elephant Folio - over 15" - 23" tall. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket.
