New York: Dodge Publishing. Very Good+. 1972. Reprint; Hardcover. 5 1/2 x 7 3/4"; iii, 271+ pages; Hard cover is faux leather. Tan spine with gold lettering. Light rubbing, sunning, bumping to boards. No date in book, but possibly from 1972. Bound in gold ribbon book mark. Printed onto endpaper, inside front cover, is a bookplate, that is blank. Pages are clean and tight. Laid in is a leaflet from the 'The Cookbook Collector's Library.' book is by the wildly popular cookbook author Fannie Merrit Farmer, who wrote the classic 'The original Boston cook book' in 1896. .
