Second Edition Revised: Selected from a Series of Articles contrituted to "The New Zealand Herald" and "The Auckland Weekly News" including others now published for the first time. Very good dark green boards with gold lettering to the front and spine, large 8 vo. , well used and rather tatty dust jacket, the front cover is nevertheless clear and shows a group of Maori people in black and white, red lettering for titles, chipped to extremities, with a loss to the top of the spine, not price clipped, inscription of previous owner dated 1937 to front endpaper, remains of a sticky tape to bottom of front endpaper looking like a rusty 'frame, ' small printed bookseller's stamp to front paste-down, black and white photograph of the author follows preliminary title page, 313 pages .
