Collated complete. With a loosely inserted letter to the author from the Secretary of the 'Entomological Society of London' thanking him for his photograph, dated 1930.This work was written by author Edward Step. Step was best known for his popular works on nature such as flowers, woodlands and herbs. In this two volume set, Step describes a multitude of wild flowers and their natural habitats that he accompanies with photographs taken by himself.
