Yellow buckram, a few small stains, with brown ink lettering on the spine. Firmly bound with toned pages and a forward lean. O'Connor's debut novel that started as her Master's thesis at the Iowa Writer's Workshop. A classic of the Southern Gothic genre and later adapted into a classic film directed by John Huston.
