Fourth Estate. First UK editions and first prints. The Wolf Hall Trilogy comprising Vol.1 : 'Wolf Hall' published in 2009, 'Bring Up The Bodies' published in 2012 and 'The Mirror And The The Light' published in 2020. 'Wolf Hall' is in near fine condition and appears unread. Light toning as is common with this title. The wrapper is very complete and hasn't been price clipped. There is very little if any previous owner's wear. It has been signed by Mantel without inscription to the title page. It was signed by her at the Sheldonian theatre in 2017. She was giving a lecture about Thomas Cromwell. Vol.2, 'Bring Up The Bodies' is in Fine condition and appears unread. The wrapper is complete and is in fine condition also. This copy has been signed, lined and dated by Mantel. A rare thing to have a lined copy of this one. Vol.3, 'The Mirror And The The Light' is in fine condition and is unread. It is not to be confused with the limited signed edition where a page was tipped in. This one was signed at Waterstones London at a rare signing event pre-covid. All three books have been signed (without dedication) by the author to the title page. A copies of two tickets accompanies this set as provenance. Also accompanied by other related ephemera : ''The World of Wolf Hall - A Reading Guide' and 'The Mirror and the Light' Publisher's promotional Bookmark. Mantel won the Man Booker Prize twice for the first two volumes in this series. The first two books have been adapted for both the TV and the Theatre. Signed copies of wolf hall have become illusive as of late and lined copies of any of the three titles are scarce. . Near Fine. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 1st Printing. 2009.
