Philadelphia: B. C. Buzby, 1818. Full leather. Fair. 3 x 5 in. 402 pp. Contemporary calf with black calf spine label. Title pg. engraving of men playing chess. Text contains a Life of Franklin and what appears to be most of his writings. Condition is FAIR ; front board is lacking. Spine and rear board there, some wear to spine ends, binding tight. Title pg has some loss to lower corner and edges. Text very clean - paper a bit toned and a sprinkling of foxing. PO's name in sepia on title pg appers to be "J. H. Blaisden, Harvard, Mass." Amer. Hist. RRGR.
