BOSTON: Dana Estes & Company, No date, circa 1895. THE CENTENARY EDITION. Bound in thick blue cloth. With labels. Printed on thick quality paper. With wide margins. Illustrated with plates protected in tissue. Many hand finished frontisplates. These are large books, measuring 9.25 inches tall. These take up just under 45 inches of shelf space. VERY GOOD condition overall with some external abrasions. Very fresh bright and clean. Only the generalized shelf wear and rubs. Hinges all 100% fully attached. Printed on quality paper that is very fresh bright and clean. No previous signs of ownership. This is an impressive collection of Hugo's works. This set would make an excellent gift and/or addition to any fine library. In addition to their shelf presence, antiquarian books make an excellent investment.
